Eureka
Eureka is located at the intersection of County Roads 60 South and 850 West approximately 1.5 miles south of Hatfield.
Just south of Hatfield, Eureka was once the fastest growing town in Luce Township, with as many as six doctors.
The town was first platted in 1859, but schools had opened their doors to youngsters as early as 1820. Although the town no longer has the amenities it one had -- schools and a grocery store -- it is home to a church and a fraternal lodge.
